You can download all the renderings and records you have generated from your account center. For bulk export or data packaging, reach out to our support team and we will help.

You can request account deletion in your settings or ask our support team to help. Once deleted, your personal data will be removed, so please export any renderings or records you want to keep beforehand.

This is normal behavior for third-party login. Logging out only ends your session on this site; WeChat/Alipay still remembers your authorization.
