1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of the AI Interior Design platform ("we", "us", or the "Platform") governing your use of the Service.

By registering an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you signify that you fully understand and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AI Interior Design is an artificial-intelligence-powered service that generates interior design renderings. You may upload room photographs or enter textual descriptions, and the AI will automatically produce interior design renderings at various resolutions. The Service supports multiple design styles and is intended for users such as renovation companies, interior designers, and homeowners.

The renderings generated by the Service are provided solely for design reference and creative inspiration. They do not constitute professional design advice, architectural advice, engineering advice, or construction guidance. Generated images may differ from actual spaces, structures, materials, or construction conditions, and should not be used as the sole basis for construction, procurement, or structural modification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Access to certain features of the Service requires an account. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date. Upon successful registration, new users receive complimentary credits (promotional event) to try the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (including login email, mobile number, and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, leaked, or is otherwise at risk, please notify us immediately. You bear responsibility for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service uses "credits" as the unit of consumption for generating AI renderings. Credits are a one-time-purchase virtual product; once purchased, they remain valid indefinitely with no expiration date and may continue to be used within your account. Renderings at different resolutions consume different amounts of credits:

• 1K resolution rendering: 10 credits
• 2K resolution rendering: 15 credits
• 4K resolution rendering: 25 credits

5. Credit Deduction and Refund on Failure

Credits are deducted when a generation task is successfully submitted and begins processing. If a generation task fails due to platform-related reasons, the system will automatically refund the credits consumed by that task, without the need for a separate application. We may collect payment for credit purchases through methods such as Alipay and WeChat Pay. Prices, packages, and promotional offers may be adjusted from time to time; such adjustments take effect from the date of publication and do not affect the validity of credits you have already purchased.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of and all intellectual property rights in the room photographs you upload, the textual descriptions you enter, and any other content you submit to the Service (collectively, "User Content"). You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including processing, storage, and the operations necessary to generate renderings).

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use the relevant User Content, and that such content does not infringe the legitimate rights of any third party. You shall be solely responsible for any rights disputes or liabilities arising from the content you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

The renderings you generate using the Service, together with the associated rights arising therefrom, belong to you. You may use the generated results for lawful purposes such as personal reference, commercial presentation, and client proposals. You should independently determine whether a generated result is suitable for a particular purpose and assume the risks of its use.

To demonstrate the capabilities and results of the Service, we reserve the right to use generated renderings for platform case showcases, promotional materials, and official marketing. If you do not wish your generated results to be used for display purposes, please notify us via the contact details at the end of these Terms, and we will handle your request reasonably. All intellectual property rights in the platform software, interface design, trademarks, and logos associated with the Service belong to us.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree that you will not engage in the following conduct:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, or contains malicious code;
• Use generated results for fraud, false advertising, or other unlawful purposes;
• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or other means to fraudulently obtain credits or abuse the Service;
• Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service and its related systems;
• Impersonate others, register under false pretenses, or resell or share accounts to circumvent billing.

9. Suspension and Termination of Service

We are committed to providing a stable and continuous Service, but we may temporarily interrupt or adjust certain features due to system maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or other reasonable reasons, and we will provide advance notice wherever possible.

If you violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice, and we reserve the right to pursue corresponding liability. Upon termination of your account, any unused credits in your account will be handled in accordance with these Terms and the Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The Service generates renderings based on artificial intelligence technology. Due to factors such as algorithms, training data, and input content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or conformity of generated results to your specific expectations. AI output is provided for creative reference only and does not constitute any professional design, architectural, engineering, safety, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the transaction giving rise to such liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance of, and dispute resolution under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of these Terms, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if no settlement can be reached through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at the location of our operating entity.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in response to business developments, changes in laws and regulations, or operational needs. Revised Terms will be published on this website, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Service after the Terms have been revised constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised content, you should discontinue use of the Service. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest Terms.
